Reviews and Ratings
This hotel offers a charming colonial style and boasts a stunning pool area that truly enhances the experience. While the rooms have a vintage appeal, they are a bit small and could benefit from modern updates. The location is perfect, with a quick walk to the lively restaurant scene and the Mekong River right at the edge of the garden. However, the lack of air conditioning in communal areas can make things a bit uncomfortable during peak hours.
We only stayed for one night, but this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The ambience was beautiful with a lovely colonial atmosphere, and our spacious room was decorated tastefully. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay feel special. Although we had a great experience overall, we would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the dining options more thoroughly. Plus, the location by the river made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions.
We had a lovely family vacation at this hotel during the Tet season. The pools were fantastic and the rooms were quite comfortable, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, but some of the dining options throughout the day didn't meet expectations. Some issues with service attention around the pool area were noted, as well as some unexpected costs in the spa. Overall, it's a nice hotel with room for improvement.
The hotel has a beautiful colonial style, giving it a charming atmosphere, and the pool areas are truly magnificent. However, the lack of air conditioning in most common areas can make it quite uncomfortable at times, especially during warmer weather. The dining prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the food is excellent.
I had a lovely stay at this old-style resort right on the river. The warm pools and beautiful setting made for a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and the food delicious, especially during the boat tour to the floating market. However, it was a bit challenging since the resort is mainly open air and there isn’t much air-conditioning outside of the rooms and dining area.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which features a stunning lobby that opens into beautiful gardens and large pools. The staff were incredibly welcoming, offering a complimentary drink and a unique head and neck massage upon arrival. While the room was comfortable and clean, I found the bathroom a bit cramped and not entirely user-friendly. The restaurant served impressive meals, although the breakfast could use some improvement in options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, but the noise from a nearby large party during my dinner was a slight downside.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly loved the relaxed atmosphere. The spacious and clean rooms made us feel right at home, and the staff went out of their way to assist us. The location was also perfect for exploring Can Tho and the Mekong Delta. However, the dining experience could be improved with some variety in the menu options.
I had a wonderful stay at this charming colonial-style hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, nestled right by the river. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, making it hard to believe that the hotel is only 25 years old. While the dining experience was enjoyable, with great breakfast options, it was a bit inconvenient that the footpath to the town is currently closed for renovations. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for a peaceful getaway.
The Victoria Can Tho hotel offered a fair stay during the lunar new year, with a standout service from the staff that truly impressed me. While the room was comfortable, it felt a bit outdated and had a very small bathroom. The two pools were a nice feature, but the hotel catered more to families than solo travelers, which led to some noise and chaos at times.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The setting was beautiful, and it felt like a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel special, particularly when we got engaged. The dining options were delicious with a great variety, but I wish there were a few more for breakfast. Overall, it was a luxurious experience with great amenities, but be prepared for a bit of a walk if you want to head into town.
